I think i know what he means, do you mean the design like the bmw's that pop out of the bumper and squirt?
If you was to go down that route then i'd assume there's alot of motors behind the bumper and to get it working would be a job and half in it self.

iv seen a clio with diffrent washer jets on the bumper and they where just smaller i had a set of these on my old car as the acctual jets they come with diffrent slants so you can put them where you need to but id get black ones ??
