Any differences between recessed back box and stealth back box?

  172DD Cup
apart from the obvious visual difference, is there anything else or just purely the style of the end pipe?

i've got a ktec recessed exhaust and i'm considering trying to find a swap for a stealth back box (i've just bought a replacement bumper with no cut out)

I would have thought no but due to the bend as it exits the backbox then there might be a very marginal back pressure differential.

Would be interested to know also as I'm not sure on the Yozza stealth or race system.

If the design has been thought out well then its the same backbox. There really wont be any difference in back pressure.

I've just remembered something I read a while ago, I've heard the stealth can have a little more 'boom', I assume as the pipe is facing directly towards the ground

i would have thought the pipework would be identical apart from the obvious visual difference, on a slightly different note, let me know if your selling your recessed, i would be interested because my current exhaust has destroyed my bumper !

i'll let you know. i've got a bumper to fit that hasn't been cut, and i'm tempted to leave it that way if i can get hold of a stealth back box.
