Potential a question where i'll get stupid responses... however none the less...
When i drive my cup hard, it can sound quite 'thrashy' (not the best description, but you get it). I'm wondering if there is any additives out there that will make the engine sound 'smoother'.
When i had my prospeed and decat on, you never heard a damn thing... but now it just sounds like a wee 1.0 fiesta in comparison.
I had my dephaser pulley replaced as the idle sounded awful, and possibly wasn't helping it. I also use top quality oil, and often use slick50.. so no excuses there.
Am i to just accept the fact that standard is boring?
