Any one in Essex with a mk1 v6 ? I need a favour

The favour is, can I have a go in it please ???

I'm looking to get one hopefully at the end of next month, thing is i've yet to actually go in one

I will travel a bit (I live near Romford) it must be a mk1 though.

I'd prefer to chat (as I have been) to some one who actually knows the v6 - not just some soppy dealer who will try & sell it to me !!

My dads got a mk2 172 which i've driven a fair few times - tbh i'm not that overly inspired with it its ok but I hope that a v6 is different !!

I have already registered on the v6 forum & will be posting up on there soon.

If you have one & would be available to take me for a quick spin on a weekend, please get in touch

I did a lot of looking and only found a 182 for £75 a day!

Its a shame I don't want to hire a ferrari or a tvr - there's loads of sites hiring those out !!
