We have the T-Mob mobile dongles and they work fine with our VPN software (Citrix Access Gateway)

Do you know what APN you connect to with your dongle ?

Yeah I work for T-Mobile and I deal with all of this sort of stuff network related. The APN that you use to connect with is the general.t-mobile.uk one, What problems are you having?

If i use the APN general.t-mobile.uk it will be behind a NAT at your end, So i wont get a public ip.

I got told if t-Moblie turn on VPN on your end then i can use the APN vpn.t-mobile.uk i'll have a public ip


Is this true as i still can't seem to get a public ip. To allow inbound connections
