Does this one come with Windows XP Home? I'm not sure what it means about media edition?

Media Center is, largely, Windows XP Professional with Media Center added on.. so yes.. it'll work like a "normal" Windows PC, but with Media Center for Video's, Music etc..

thats an average price for that spec. Build ur own and use AMD parts, youll get that spec for half the price.
