Anyone else having problems with Virgin Media today?

Mine is painfully slow. Website says no issues.
I got a letter the other day saying they were putting it up to 10 meg. More like slowing it down. Its running at 500-600k at the moment ffs

Nope getting the usual 19.8 meg today

Fine here all day also, 51.8 meg as usual.

Had problems before xmas, thats about it.
