Anyone had a fault with the sound on Origin b2?

As title...

Night before last it didn't make a single sound the whole way home, even if I tried to adjust volume it didn't give me the confirmation beeps.

Yesterday it worked again, but didn't sound right, and was intermittent.

Today's the same.

Anyone else had a similar problem?
I guess I'll need to send it back to Origin for them to fix?

Apparently there repair department are quite good, I had one and was repaired and returned within the week. I sold it though, as I dont rate them, the mounts are shite.

Mounts for mine have never failed once!?

Mine's been problem free since new (2yrs) too, my mount's fine also.

Better go find a box to send it back...

I've owned mine for around 4 years now without a single problem.

The mounts use two sets of magnets (4 in total) and if they are placed in the wrong way round the unit will never sit straight and rattle.
