anyone interested in other Renualts

just thinkin with the cliosport 172, 182, meganesport 225, clio williams, valvers etc.. is anyone just a Renualt nut and not just because they own a 172,182 etc.. i.e if the clio didnt exist would you be driving around in some jap hatch ?
although reno make some great driving and looking modern cars i never see any topics on here about older renault sports which are just as interesting as the newer models imo.

i know ive posted ones like this recently but look how cool renaults older hothatches were..

slammed euro stylee id love to own one as a second car ..

also went ot donnington last year to watch megane trophy race cars and buy my cup from a forum member and there were bizzare RWD V6 turbo renaults alpines i think.. also delorean`s from back to the future (Renualt engine) R5`s turbo 2`s etc..

anyways, wonder if it would be nice to have a forum section added for other Renaults.. after all we have a complete bag of shite bigbrother section.

Could we get a section for Other Renaults (not other marques) perhaps with a subsection to classic/historic renaults and a section in the gallery for other renualts also.

thats why i think we should have a section for other renaults and a subsection for classsic renaults to spread the word and learn some history about our cars were always championing

Instead of a poll could users/members post on here asking for a section i bet theres loads of people who would be interested in this stuff and may even want an older renault as a hobby car to work on so an advise section would be usefull imo

I think it would be good if there was a section for this. I remember it was a Reanult 19 16v that first got me into liking Renault when I was younger.

210 RS maybe a detuned version of the 2.0T found in the Meg?

thing what gets me is you see 100000000 threads about car PC`ing and Waxing and another tedious induction kit questions on the clio when there are all these other cool RenualtSports out there just like the 172/182

and even espaces are interesting in there own right, wasnt there a 3.5v6 engine in one same as 350z ?

Problem is a lot of the mk1 guys now have their own forums set up so would they wanna come back? I'd love a Williams or a valver project in the future

no more subforums for imho.... have a look at civictype-r.co.uk.... way to many subforums and becomes difficult to navigate.

Accept your point regarding other reno sports, but suppose people talk about the cars they own, or are likley to own.

that mite be a less extreme idea i like it.. but im still up for a other-renaults section. renualtforums has one but i prefer to browse post on here
