Anyone know how fog lights are held in place?

Basically I hit a fox last year at 60mph, snapped my front bumper off and damaged my grill.

My fog light was flush with the bumper, but now it moves around and is no longer flush.

I cant see anything thats snapped when I removfe the grill, but If i grab the fog light form the inside of the bumper it moves around quite freely.

Anyone know how i can keep it in place again?

The fog light surround simply clips into the surrounding bumper. Maybe the clips are damaged so it's just flapping about.
