Anyone know much about memory-card camcorders?

Just in terms of what's good - what needs to be a feature on the camera - what's crap, etc?

Not interested in the HDD cameras or DVD. And tape most definitely has had its day - lol.

Any thoughts would be appreciated. Anyone actually got one/used one?
