Anyone knows about Digital-Motors chip

I visited the site http://www.digital-motors.nethttp://www.digital-motors.net and thy sell a chip for the Clio 172. They offer a 23 hp gain. Anyone knows something about these guys? Do you think it is very difficult to install the chip by myself?

If it is a chip, then it will only be for the Mk1 172, as the mk2 is done by serial programming - I dont think anyone actually makes a chip for a mk2, only reprogramming.
