I'm guessing it's a northwest member as it says it's 33miles from me.

Am sure some of the service history is from NWP aswell.

Not at all mate. You're 35 miles away and I'm 300. Fair game if you can buy it in the week lol!

FYI - It's on eBay as well but I said I'd rather not bid blindly and prefer to come and see the car. Think the pictures are from Edd's sale thread in 2010. It's a good price but it needs tax and MOT very shortly and a cambelt and Auxbelt in December 2012 (due to 3 year age of Aux belt). Was originally up at 1995 but he dropped the price after I highlighted this fact.

Yeah I did notice that, tbh with you I have just started looking for one I haven't even spotted in on eBay.

Will certainly make a nice little car for the girlfriend. I have sent him a message through autotrader asking for a few more details.

On the look out for a ph1 as she's just purchased a flat and needs to free up some funds that she's got tied up in her Cooper S. Refuses to have anything slower than her and has come round to the idea that the ph1 is the superior Clio lol!

I have phoned twice and also sent a message.

There is a few on Autotrader now seems to be the best place a Ph1 at the minute. Ideally i want a odyssey though.

Yeh that is my old phase 1, was a really nice example and I'm sure still is.

Im going to view a cup tonight.

I have tried him again no luck. Bit gutted if i dont to see it before i decide on this cup tonight.

I have given a read through. I think its a slightly overpriced considering it needs a full cambelt & Aux kit again plus taking into account the MOT & Tax. I will see what happens after tonight if im still in the market i will try him again.

I think it's a decent buy for £1500, I spent a small fortune on it! You could just buy my 182 instead Jay.

182 bud, my price range is around £1600 really as im buying a house aswell so i cant go to over budget.

It needs cam, aux and dephaser so £750 basically. At £1500 it's a £2250 ph1 so I agree, overpriced a tad although you'd have a well sorted car afterwards. Certainly not a bad buy.

Well I have bought the 172 Cup :)

Needs a Cambelt, Auxbelt & Dephaser so it's getting trailered to Birchdown to get the work done.

Tax till August, MOT untill May 2013, 75K :)
