I hate f**king automatic phone systems, they can never work properly said my dob 3 times then said for f***s sake and it worked :S After giving all my details what was the first thing the guy asked me?...........My name!

They just get cheaper and cheaper as a company but dont seem to reflect this in the price.

i know, you ring up and sometimes have to put the phonenumber of the phone you're ringing off, then the password, then they ask you all of the same stuff again, and then overcharge you and add things to the bill.

ive got a nice offensive letter ready to be posted after my last bill hit the mat!
