Anyone use Dye Sublimation printers?

Just after some feedback really, if anyone uses them.
Im after producing some splash resistant / finger resistant pictures.

I've got a couple that do 6x4's. they are ok but you are cheaper getting them done online in the long run. excluding the cost of the printer you are looking abour 15-20p a print for a6x4.

im not too worried about the cost. quality good on yours? im looking at getting one to print out 7x5.
Whats your overall experience been like with them? can they pump out reliable prints time after time?
