Had an Apex 40mm kit on my 1.6 and can't say i'd recommend them tbh, bone shaking ride for a start. The eibachs i've got on the 172 now are far far better.

found some eibach sportlines for 89quid +vat (k-tec)

I've got the Pro-Kit springs on mine and there bloody fantastic for the cash. Even better when paired with set of 15s.
