Been struggling to wax mine all morning moving it round avoiding the sun, in and out of the garage etc to do the roof and bonnet!

It's the bonnet im having most difficulty with.
the arches weren't as bad - had to give it extra pressure and the odd squirt of QD to buff away a few streaks left behind - would that be due to applying in the direct sunlight?

I did the bootlid about 30 mins ago as it was shaded from the sun, so I'll go out and try to buff it off see how it goes

Im applying with a megs yellow foam pad & buffing with a Sonus der wunder blue buffing towel - is that the best way?

First time using the EGP so forgive me for the silly questions :star:

Could be the sun, or what cloth you using to take off with?

Would not use EGP on a sunny day full stop to be honest unless there was suitable shade to allow the car to be done in parts. Onto a loser straight away doing anything with it in the sun. Wait till the evenings or get up early!

Get it on as thin as you can, then it is too thick still I bet so get it thinner.
