Apps not working

Certain Apps (main ones Like Ebay, Facebook, Paypal) arent working. The come up for 5 seconds then it flicks back to home?

Whats going on?

hold both buttons until it turns off.

mines doin it now, only after i done the update, unlock and jailbroke
