are all driveshafts the same?!

Got a full fat clio 182 and purchased some Clio 172 shafts, pretty sure they were off a 172 cup cant be sure now as had them a while! Will they fit before i waste my time?! Cheers

Nope. There are various different shafts. Different lenghts, and some have a bearing carrier and some don't.

172 cup don't have the bearing carrier and 182 FF do and they'll probably be slightly different lengths.
You could remove the bearing carrier and try it, you might get away with it. Not all 172 cup shafts have the ABS rings either but you should be able to swap them.
