Are all mk2 ph1 & ph2 decats the same?

will a ph 1 decat fit a ph2 and vice versa!

i know if it has two lambda holes you just block one up
just the general shape of the decat is my worry

if you current cat is a twin cat, and has two cats running side by side then it is shorter in length than the ph2 172. however the later ph1's tend to come with the ph2 single cat.
