Are the following MOT Failures?

Need to get an MOT today, my old mechanic fell ill some time ago so can no longer take it to a "friendly" MOT place.

I'm pretty sure its gonna fail on the following but it has passed with all of these in the past....

• One headlight does not have adjuster in, so unsure on how even they are.
• Oil light is always on and off (sender switch is broken)
• Speedo does not work very often (gearbox sensor)
• Handbrake isnt great

^ just make sure they don't drive it anywhere and you'll be ok on that one!!!

Yeah well it passed last year with no speedo, but as i said, the place was very friendly.

headlight may be loose in the light unit so may fail
oil light dont matter
speedo dont matter not testable item
and may fail on handbrake if its crap in the brake rollers

Cheers. I'm gonna give it a go, pretty sure i'll need to find some way to bodge something to hold the headlight in place and then just tighten the handbrake up.

Having just graduated and having no job FTL.

Sorry to jump into this thread with my own question but have got an MOT next week on my car, just wondering - the rear wiper on my car has stopped working, not sure if that's an MOT fail?
