are the rear brake piston units the same on all renaults?

hi all, just wondering if the rear disc brake piston (bendix type i think it is) unit is generic? ie, could i go down the scappy and get one off a megan of the same age?

Forget it just go buy a new one £15 or so your looking for one brand new not worth buying a second hand at that price and the extra risk your have.
