Think so yeah,

If theyre not there not legal.

Ive got E marked white ones but seeing as the E is so small on the bulb i doubt the police would ask.

Obvious blue bulbs they would just know.

There are some on eBay like the ones u posted up that are e marked, i had a set in my Clio before, worked well.

But only bad thing is, that the blue coating that surrounded the bulb cracks over time, and gets trapped inside the ballast.

All i want is some decent quality, cheap xenons to match my dipped beam hids.

buy them. they are all probably the same anyway and they dont actually glow blue, its just a filter to take the yellow tint from them. i used the full set on my old clio for ages and no bother, they dont scream AHHHHHHHHHH IVE SILLY BURBERR BLBS IN!

DOnt buy cheap, crappy blue tinted bulbs, Providing they are not 100W and are 55/60w yes they are legal providing they glow yellow/white. Try spending money and get some phillips bluevision or osram nightbreaker, white and perfectlyl legal, not tried the osrams yet but shall soon when i get some high beams

I dont really want to spend too much since there only fog lights/full beam which are hardly used for more than a few minutes a year, but just fancied some that match my hids because im anal about it lol...
