AST spring rates, what you got ?

Hey guys,

Going to be booking my car in for them tomorrow so could do with knowing what spring rates to go for.

I don't mind it being stiff as i dont use the car for much else other than spirited driving but i dont want it to skip all over the place on B roads.

Any reconmendations ?

Cheers Rob

Go for 280lb front and 250lb rear. (the softer choice)

The 450/400's do this on rough roads.

We have 450 on the front and 750 on the rear of our track car (FMP's old ones)

orgasm inducing setup that was. Adeys setup is great but a bit stiff for a daily IMO, uncomfortable on the motorway. We're having the same though as it's for mostly track use :)
