astra coupe

Supposedly they are good to drive, especially the turbo is fast but it looks too much like the normal Astra, its not much to look at.

No traction control off button either.

Mother-in-law used to have one (Should tell you everything really). The seats are bloody awful, the ride was ROCK solid as well.

Engine was ok though just a bit thirsty.

what model did she have mate. i have just loked at the 1.8 version i liked it should look sweet with some big wheels on and a couple of mild mods.

Hers was a 1.8 as well. Went ok, when thrashed. Sounded surprisingly nice, for a four pot.;)

She bought it and then went through a mid life crisis. She bought some 18" Momos (Forget the style name). They wrecked the ride completely and it had to go in for some suspension mods.

Vauxhauls fault as they fitted the wheels.

VX220 aside, i dont see how anyone could aspire to owning a Vauxhall. Theyre just so boring..

Looking forward to seeing more Holden/Vauxhall Monaros though!

my mate used to to have 1.8 and then he moved to the 2.2 which was quite nippy, althought the ride was (as previously mentioned) VERY HARD, now he has a 5 door megane diesel so that tells it all really.
