Thanks fellas. It's the only phase 1 V6 road car in the country. There is one ph1 Trophy race car in another state and 7-8 ph2 Vees dotted around Aus, mostly on the east coast (Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne). There's a blue ph2 V6 for sale in Sydney for ludicrous money at the moment. It's been on-off for sale the last 3 years and has doubled in price since the original advert, which was too high to start! we've had our since 2010, after a Pom named Rossco brought it over in 2009 when he moved here. Only way to get them here unfortunately! Our import laws suck...

Servicing is fine. We have a few very passionate Renault specialists in each major city, with the best in Sydney being 'Renotech'. These guys are full on enthusiasts who used to work at Renault then went out on their own and now pretty much look after every Sydney car on the OzRENAULTSPORT forum haha they're brilliant to deal with, quick, cost effective and love a project. Couldn't ask for better mechanics really! Most parts on the Vee are just regular Laguna parts so not too hard to source. Body panels and anything bespoke though is another story. Most parts come from the UK...

I believe Fred has moved to Gold Coast, Queensland but isn't working in the car industry. He does stick his head up on the Aussie forum from time to time and I believe a few guys have met him up there.
