auto headlights

got in the car the other day and for some reason couldnt turn off my auto headlights anyone else had this problem?

Was it dark outside?

yeah was dark outside but they come on auto without being switched to auto.

It's very easy to turn the auto feature on/off - perhaps you did it by mistake. Turn your lights to side then off, then side, then off and it will beep to indicate it's active or inactive. One beep is on, two is off. I think. If not, it's the other way round!
