Auto lock help please

I was reading up on this yesterday and i never knew it existed, so i held in the lock button and i get the bleep, but as i drive off it doesnt auto lock, i have a mk2 ph1 1.2. yr2000

I think its supposed to come on at 6mph?

And help would be much apreciated

i tried to turn mine on today, all it done was lock then unlock and disengaged my alarm system

i still cant get mine to work either, going to have a look in the manual tomorrow

ok ive got it too the point where it comes on when i pull off but then after about three seconds its goes off again?

Anyone else have this problem?

does the mk2 ph2 have it, if so i will check it out on my gfs car tonite. at the moment it must be turned off? will report back on this!
