Williams 2, 182 cup
My Hybrid williams has been a rebuild project that has been on going for a while now and I have now become stuck.
When spinning the crank it does not spin full circle freely like it should but gets stiff when the lugs for piston two and three reach the top.
So I am thinking what is wrong, can I fix it and If I should continue.
or
Should I sell the whole car with everyting I have, Sell everything separate (car shell complete but with no engine)
Or fit a valver engine and sell all the williams conversion related parts. These include, gearbox, cams chipped ecu, williams interior, and other tasty parts.
Please help me make up my mind.
