B Post badge.

1.Why do some Cup's have a plain chrome "Cup" badge and some have "Cup/172". Is it just the year of the car or some other reason?
2. How are the badges attached to the B post?

On 172 cups...the small yellow 172 part falls off

The writing for the word 'Cup' is different on the 172Cup and 182Cup.
