That's it really, can't be buggered to clean the car - got tree sap all over it, a front bumper that's peeling and weather that's as reliable as a tampon for a straw.

Lol, the removal of dentage has renewed some love, whilst also reiterating my need for paintage.

I think it's lack of time to clean that's irritating me... my weekend off is to be spent taking apart a kitchen and capping off water pipes ready for next week.

Haha, a bit like me. Until the other day, I hadn't cleaned mine for a year. My wheels loked anthracite due to the dirt. My cup spoiler had bubbled and cracked paint all over it. My bonnet has a big rectangular shaped scratch mark where a roof tile blew off onto it. A few scratches here an there and car park dints down the side. Then I cleaned it the other day, it was looking good just from a wash, a thousand times better. I didn't polish or wax or anything 'coz really it needs another wash and claying first. But I took my cup spoiler back to the bodyshop who are re-doing it for free. I'll be taking it down for him to do the bonnet (£140) when I have a couple of days next week hopefully. Then get chipsaway/dentman on the go. Then I'll be looking for someone to PC it.

Moral of the story? Don't give a s**t for a while I guess, don't bother with it. Then you'll realise how much better it is when you look after it.

Now it's coming into winter with it getting dark early I never have anytime to clean my car, so it spends the winter dirty only getting washed a couple of times. It's depressing when you clean your car and then 5 minutes down the road it's filthy again.

My car has tree sap on it from where I park it at work. If I don't get time to clean it before saturday, it'll be the dirtiest car on the cliosport stand by far lol.

Haha i know the feeling.. Youv'e just got to have the motivation to get up and do it.. even if its just a wash.. takes no longer than 45 minutes
