on a mk2 ph2 is the clio bad rivited? i.e if i take it off will it leave a hole?

also is the extreme sticker on the rear come off easily or will it leave marks?

'clio' has two holes that need to be welded and then filled and sprayed.
extreme should be stuck on, so with a bit of persuasion should come off.
