Ballast replacement option

I bought a set of projector headlights with a ballasts missing as they were a very cheap, and instead of deciding to get replacement ballast for like £60 each rough estimate i bought these of ebay

Will let you guys know if it works as i done a very quick search on here and couldn't find much info on it.

I bought H7...4300K for the OEM look
