The Competizione has 700bhp, that makes a huge amount of difference at any speed even if the body/suspension revisions don't convince you.

After seeing the video, i don't like the wrap. I thought the photos had some HDR, but it is actually a blue chrome colour, which is tacky IMO.

Extremely unlikely to be an LM, but there are plenty of F40s with LM parts.
