banging noice over bumps

car has just started to make a banging noise when i go over small bumps sounds astho its comming fron suspension:dapprove: any 1 no what it could be? or ideas

i know i will be wrong, but my arch lining came loose.. an that was banging around !!

check the shockers for oil leaks also check that no springs are broken, if its a mk2 check the rear shockers as they tend to go
