Banging!!!!

Hi Guys,

Bought a clio 172 about 4weeks ago. Only got 6,000 miles on the clock.

Kinda went a bit mad driving it when I first got it(Always had a heavy right foot), and now im getting a rather loud knocking noise when I floor it from a standstill, also get the same noise if I change gear quickly and proceed to hammer my foot to the floor afterwards.

Any ideas??

think its called axel tramp....



either that or its the shicks banging back and forward

normal from what ive read, axel tramp or gearbox mount IIRC

Get the engine & gearbox mounts checked, they can work loose!
