Loud tick coming from what appears to be cylinder 2. When you lean in close to listen, you can feel a kind of knocking sensation on the inlet manifold.
Air rushing in kinda noise from similar place on inlet rail/throttle end of inlet manifold. Between the spark leads of 2 and 3.
Strange bubbling kinda sound as well. Almost like a rough idler pulley but coming from what I can only assume is under the rocker cover.
Could this all be down to a gasket leak in the rocker cover or inlet manifold? Pinging or knocking due to an air leak?
Top of engine gets very hot very quick. Untouchable in about 30 seconds. Is that normal?
Timing belt recently changed but noises were before hand. Belt has been checked for correct running and tension, no problems there.
