Batteries on sunday?

Does anybody know anywhere in the bolton area which sell batteries on a sunday? got some place but its like 50 quid

Yeah or Kwik Fit, although they probably charge silly prices.

yeah screw that haha. anyway it turns out the battery is ok, its the positive terminal thingy that slides over it which i need a replacement.

this but you get 3 year warranty though which is good

5 years with Bosch batteries from halfords and 4 years with halfords own.

halfords I find are actually very good for batteries

yeah, it was the terminal connector that needed replacing, went to the scrapyard and there was a lot of Renault's but i couldn't find one in any of them. looked in an old renault megane and right in the bottom of where the battery would have been in loads of crap and water there was one cost a quid so win.
