BB Tuning 172 springs

Does anyone have them fitted to their 172 - how did ride and handling of the car change?

I have them on my 172 mk1, I noticed the following:


the car looks MUCH better, it sits about 30-35mm lowered than before
a MUCH harder ride, you really lose a lot of comfort
better handling due to far less body roll, the car feels a lot more comfortable cornering under speed, however, I am on a track day in 8 weeks, so can report back if they really are better under extreme conditions

gat the cups springs.. or buy them from eibach.. less 30mm and not a big loss of confort

from eibachs? the cup springs arnt eibachs tho? i just put eibach pros on my CUP.

they are the same lol

renault you will probably pay more than buying them directly from eibach.. but if your car is in the warranty period, and if you dont any problems buy them from renault

hmmm so ive paid £190 to get the same springs put on? but its lower!

hummmm.. have to find the mag where i saw that... but thats what a saw..

clio cup.. comes with lower springs -30mm.. (compairing to clio172rs)..

maybe eibach has already new springs for the cup.. (seems a bit soon, but..)

P.S. i gonna buy some cups springs for my 172mk2 thinking those where -30mm than cups ones.. correct me if im wrong here.. (maybe ill have to unbuy them lol)

nah! the cup is 3mm lower than the 172! phew! you had me goin there! just about to ring up!lol!

LOL... SAME SPRING, same shock same!!! lol

The ONLY diff in ride height has come about from an increase in castor. And its only the front which is 3mm lower.
