looks a quality job

all the valvers im currently looking at have arch problems, nice to know its fairly easy to fix (i.e.. give it to someone else ;))

it will defo have a lot of filler in, even if its had a new arch, thats why after a few weeks, the paint normally sinks

Looks like a good repair. why will it have a lot of filler in? Probably welded up then a thin skim over the top. Will be fine.

Matt

yeah it will be a skim, but they use a lot, when i had mine done it looked mint to start with then after about a month, you could see the filler lines, so i kept takin it back, took about 4 goes to get it right, and it was a place with a s*it hot reputation i took it to aswell

i used to work in a body shop and what you described is mapping its when the filler shows through the paint and is caused by the prepper not flattening the filler properly hence it showing through, looks a good job to me mate ;)

dont ever go on reuptation.. check out their work yourself..

i went to somewhere that was VERY popular.. and they were diabolical!

the filler should be left for quite a while to sink, before its flatted down and painted. then it shouldnt be a prob.

i did check out the work for myself, they did a mint job on a mates cossie, but that was white, i think a bad job shows up really bad on metalics.
