Attempted to replace leaking water pump today and do aux belt. It looks like the aux belt was not changed when the cambelt was done a few years ago. Managed to change the belt but had no chance in getting the water pump pulley out. I got the pulley off but it will not slip passed the arm. Tried lifting and lower wing the engine till it sits on the subframe and it will not come out. Am I missing something?
Also got a stuck bottom bolt on the alternator after it appears a previous owner/garage have cross threaded it and it was jammed with a 5mm gap between the head and the alternator.
