Best Budget suspension kit

Any recommendations on which is the best budget suspension kit for a clio? Looking to drop 45-60mm on a mk 1 ph 1 1.2 clio.

60 mil PI's front, 80mil on torsion back

springs was 60 quid new from k tec although if you ask in the wanted section you can always pick up 2nd hand for 30

no rubbing with 4 up. rubbed slightly on n/s/rear arch lip at the bottom, so i just hammered it round and it aint rubbed since. only thing that caught was the exhaust mid section on speed humps, so i had to take em with 2 wheels
