Been waiting to get photoshop off a mate for ages, photos are piling up :S

if you want to just do a load now you can get a 30 day trial of Photoshop from the Adobe site

or GIMP, Not a fan of Picasa, but if its just simple touchups you are doing then why not, but you might aswell learn a decent program from the start, so if you want to do anything more advanced with your photos, you can do.
