Best oil?

The cup is due for a oil and filter change, Which oil do you recomend and is the filter best to be brought from renault

ALWAYS use a genuine filter, they're £7

we use elf excelium 5W40 as per renault's recommendation (we sell it too)

I have used Mobil 1 5w-40 and it works fine. But any quality 5w-40 oil will do....
