i get to choose what phone i want as an upgrade in january, whats your opinions of the highest spec fone on the market? i really like the samsung e900 but that seems to be going way down on price now

well i really like my samsung phones ive got a d600 at the min but i liek the e900,d900 and also that new x830? but im not sure if it would be a bit weird that phone lol

You have to weigh up what you want it to do.
Me personally, I like a phone to replace as much other gadgets as possible.
Therefore I would always go for the best or pretty much the best camera. Therefore you want a K800 or N73.
I also want the ability to cheaply add a decent size memory card ie 2gb. K800 m2 cards are quite expensive. Therefore I considered an N80.
Also I want to be able to have TomTom so either N73 or N80.
I also find wifi useful so N80 has that.
In the end I opted for the N80.
Good camera with decent flash. Symbian based so you can add lots of decent software apps. Wifi, Radio, Mp3, and on mine TomTom. Mine's been debranded and updated to latest firmware too.
Personally I hate Samsungs. I had a SE W800 and found it alright.

Lol my mate at work had this problem, he got well pissed off with it.
I had an N70, by far one of the worst phones i ever had!!
