Best place to get a SD card?



I got one for sale for £10 - make im not sure of, but have had no problems at all witg it in my digi camera.

You wont until you try shooting full size at a track day or such then the faster card comes in to it's own.

Mines only a 3.2mp camera so the pics aint huge but it still takes a while saving some of them. I assume it would say in the manual somewhere if it would accept a high speed one?

true, but mine is only a 5mp compact so the gigh speed probably wouldnt be beneficial TBH. And i cant complain with the 2gb standard card as i swapped it for my ms-duo!
 
1gb from ebuyer were £20.49 for a limited time, bought a whole stach full at that price! think they still are....

Speed comes into its own with SLR cameras, as to take multiple shots fast, the cache in the camera needs to dump the pictures into the memory card, the quicker that can be done the faster you can take pictures, and with a slower card you won't be able to take as many pictures quickly.
