Best Size of Tyres

Just bought myself some 17" Twingo 133 Alloys and I'm wondering what the best tyre size is for them?

These will be fitted to a Clio

If you are using:
205/45/16 overall tyre diameter 23.26 inches.
now on 17
205/40/17 overall tyre diameter 23.46 inches -0.85% difference
225/35/17 overall tyre diameter 23.2 inches -0.34% difference

Now if you are using:
195/45/16 overall tyre diameter 22.91 inches.
now on 17
215/35/17 overall tyre diameter 22.93 inches 0% difference
