I would clean with Blue Rim and Wheel Cleaner and then protect them with WheelGuard (couple of coats) and that should protect them well and keep them quite easy to maintain with that combo.

I would probably try to get away with car shampoo and water only on that kind of finish. Polish with Autogylm Super Resin Polish, and seal with there Extra Gloss Protection and/or Poorboys Wheel Sealant.
