Best Tyre Size for 182 Wheels

I know they came with 205/45/16 but having gone through the forum and google a few people have mentioned 195/45/16 is better.

Does anyone have a view on this that may have tried both?

Alright mate, I've just asked this same question on the forum. So what did you think of the 195's versus the 205's? Cheers.

Very unlikely you'll notice any difference between 205 and 195, so i wouldn't worry about it.

There will be more grip variation from different brands of tyres and different tyre conditions.

I have found 195/45/16 tyres to be much better than 205. It's not a lot different on paper, but on the road I have always found it night and day in the way the car drives. There are loads of previous threads in relation to tyre size. I always recommend people to get 195/45/16 for road use.

For general driving I use 205’s but for track use 195’s.
