Best virus programme

Im going to download one... so which one should i search for?

Currently running AVG free!!! lol

I use AVG free and have never felt a need to change to anything else.

AVG is a good product, the best of the free utility offerings. But you can get more advanced products commercially - I would recommend Kaspersky/Sophos/F-Secure.

IMO avoid products like Norton and McAfee wherever possible

I run McAfee VirusScan Enterprise 8 and seems to do the job. Don't like Norton. Sophos has a good reputation

i use the full edition of AVG, best one i have used to date.

avoid norton and mcafee. they are very good, but you will lose all performance in your pc
